In the lengthly process of creating a musical (one which sometimes takes decades!), there are always a few tunes that don't make the cut. It's a rare moment though, when we actually get to hear any of them!
In a very special London video, DREAMGIRLS creator Henry Krieger talks about the cut song "I'm The New Girl" and then performs it with West End Lorrell, Asmeret Ghebremichael.
