It's nearly time for TINA: THE MUSICAL to open at The Aldwych theatre on London's West End and the excitement is growing! In the second of three short films charting the development of the world premiere, book-writer Katori Hall shares her experiences of growing up as a black woman in the American south and talks about how Tina showed everyone "I can be authentically black, and still take over the world."

Not only that, last month it celebrated its 15 millionth guest, which we have to say is an achievement worth going down in the history books! This week, our #StageFavesSongOfWTheWeek is "He Lives In You" from the legendary Disney show, based on the film which stole our hearts back in 1994.

It's a classic from the original film that reminded audiences on the West End and then Broadway why they fell in love with the story to begin with. CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY is one of the best loved Roald Dahl books of all time and in 2013 it took the plunge to become a stage musical. Here, Jonathan Slinger is joined by all of the Charlie Buckets, singing "Pure Imagination" which originally featured in the 1971 film.
