Best known for portraying Sir Leon in the BBC drama series Merlin, Rupert Young is an English actor born in the London borough of Lambeth in 1978. Having portrayed a number of roles on the stage and on television/film, Young in 2015 appeared in the Old Vic's production of High Society directed by Maria Friedman. His other musical theatre credits include Dear Evan Hansen (Noël Coward Theatre) and Twelfth Night (Young Vic).
