Peter Peverley lives and works in the North East of England. He trained in Drama at Newcastle College and has worked both as an actor and musician for the last 30 years. He was a founder member of the Northern Stage Ensemble based at Newcastle Playhouse under the direction of Alan Lyddiard and Neil Murray, and for 15 years appeared in many of their Productions, touring nationally and internationally. He then spent 3 years at the Royal Shakespeare Company as part of their long ensemble performing in Stratford, London and New York. He is perhaps best known in the North east for his association with Bobby Thompson; The Little Waster. His One man show, telling Bobby's life story, has toured extensively and his other muscial theatre credits include Once.
His TV credits include Emmerdale, Byker Grove, Spender, and the film Harrigan with Stephen Tomlinson.
