Theatre includes: Follies (National Theatre), Funny Girl (Menier), Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (Theatre Royal Drury Lane), creating roles in the West End such as Barbara and Miss Willoughby in Victoria Wood's Acorn Antiques – The Musical (Theatre Royal, Haymarket), Jenny Anydots in Cats (New London), Mrs Brown in Me and My Girl (Adelphi), Hortense in The Baker's Wife (Phoenix) and Miss Lynch in Grease (Dominion). Also in London, Madame Thénardier in Les Misérables (Palace), Oliver!, Billy and Sweeney Todd (Theatre Royal, Drury Lane), Evita (Prince Edward), Marilyn (Adelphi), Dear Anyone (Cambridge), The Ratepayers' Iolanthe (Queen Elizabeth Hall and Phoenix), Follies (Royal Festival Hall), The Boy Friend and Gigi (Regent's Park Open Air), Gay's the Word (Jermyn Street) and, at the NT, appearing in Candide, Summerfolk, Money, The Villain's Opera and Honk. Also, Mrs Strakosh in Funny Girl (Chichester). She performed off-Broadway in A Tribute to Fred Ebb and has appeared in several seasons of Lost Musicals (Barbican and Theatre Museum).
