A few months ago, I sang in front of an audience for the first time in two years at "Untapped," a cabaret celebrating untapped musical theatre talent from the past 10 graduating years. There were definitely some cobwebs present in the vocal cords that evening - but what an amazing and inspiring evening it was. To perform in front of a live audience again, and to witness and be awed by some INCREDIBLE talent. I'll never forget that feeling and will never take it for granted. I've been living abroad since 2019, and was lucky enough to visit home in the summer of 2020 - ensuring to strictly adhere to the COVID-19 rules and regulations put into place so as to not endanger myself or others. One of the things that I wanted to do during that trip was to go hiking and take in all of the PNW nature. In the 16 years that I've lived in Washington State - we've never gone hiking near the Mount Rainier National Park. Last summer, we finally did. My family and I hiked Crystal Mountain, and then one week later did a solo hike in Sunrise. Calm and serene in the midst of turbulent times. Music by MYSM - Aloft - https://thmatc.co/?l=F5C4EDF3
A quick getaway. This was my fourth time in Vegas and her second. I honestly didn't think I would enjoy it as much as I did. And I'm weirdly finding myself wanting to go back someday. MUSIC: "Keep On Rolling" - Keith Harkin
Stay until the very end ;) We loved Rome. The food, the people, the history. We were surprised by how much we've done during the week and even found lots of hidden gems. An unforgettable trip. MUSIC: "We Will Meet Once Again" - Josh Groban & Andrea Bocelli
Another adventure, another montage. Our first trip with just the two of us. And it was an amazing one. MUSIC: "Home From Home" by Byrne and Kelly
The first of many big adventures. I went on a trip with my girlfriend and her family and it was one of my favorite travel experiences by far. I literally have hundreds of footage that I couldn't fit into this video. Beauty lurked every corner in both cities. I was in the midst of history, amazing theatre, and wonders of the world. This was one vacation I will never forget. Hope you enjoy this video! MUSIC: "The Wandering Kind (Prelude) - from Josh Groban's ILLUMINATIONS album.
Hey YouTube! Long time no see :) I went on vacation. I took videos. Here's a good portion of them compiled into one "highlight reel." Enjoy! :) Music: "Keep It Movin'" - Ryan Kelly and Neil Byrne
I do not own this song, nor do I have any affiliation with Disney. This is probably one of my favorite Disney songs to sing. Seeing the new Maleficent movie and hearing Lana Del Rey's version of this song reminded me how much I loved this song, despite Lana's version being a little more creepy than the original. Hope you enjoy!
Was reluctant to upload this one, but I gave in. This is a clip of me performing "Music of the Night" from Phantom a couple of months ago at the UW Stage Notes' Winter Cabaret. Enjoy!
Check out Monica's channel here: http://www.youtube.com/channel/UC79WemI69rIkmqPHzrAX-8Q/feed *Note: This video is NOT sponsored by Kirkland Water. ;) Had a ton of fun recording this cover with my oh-so-talented friend Monica. Do show her some love by checking out her YouTube channel in the link above! You won't be disappointed. Again, didn't know the song by heart so I had to rely on my laptop for the chords. Hope you enjoy!
KARAOKE TRACK BY KARAOKEJOEFUL: http://www.youtube.com/user/KaraokeJoeful http://www.karaokejoeful.com I, unlike most fans of the Les Mis musical, love this song from the movie. So I decided to record my own cover of the song. Hope you enjoy!
