Lorna Gayle

As an actor: Lorna Gayle aka Lorna Gee spent three years at one of the country’s top drama schools, Webber Douglas Academy Dramatic Art, and what makes this most significant is that Lorna enrolled in drama school at 37 and graduated age 40 proving that you are never too old to follow your dream.

As a singer: Lorna Gayle is the 2012 BEFFTA and HiCrEc award winner for outstanding contribution to reggae music. Born and raised in Brixton, South London, the multi-talented performer began her foray into music during the late 1970s. Her musical theatre credits include Tina the Musical (Aldwych) and Guys and Dolls (Savoy/Tour).
