John Moabi’s theatre credits include: Soloist in Thriller Live (Lyric Theatre, UK & European Tour); ‘Dick’ in Street Scene (UK Venues including the Young Vic) - which won the 2008 Evening Standard Award for best Musical, Soloist in the workshop ‘South’ with The Opera Group; ‘Simba’ in The Legend of Lion King (Disneyland Paris); ‘Judah’ in Joseph and his Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat (UK Tour) Swing & 'Simba' in The Lion King (Lyceum Theatre); Genie’ in Aladdin (the Anvil Theatre); 'MC’ in Pippin (South Africa), ‘Dink’ in Carmen Jones (Royal Festival Hall, directed by Jude Kelly) and Soloist in Diemus (Dubai).
