Jay Osborne

Jay studied performing arts at college and later trained as a professional musician at Chichester University in Sussex, majoring in composition and songwriting.

Jay has toured internationally since the age of 16 (as a guitarist/lead singer) with various bands supporting such artists as The Hives, Artful Dodger, The Wide Boys, Nizlopi, Blink 182 and Bob Dylan to name just a few.

He then progressed into the professional world of acting around 2010, performing in a range of instrumental, singing and physical theatre companies internationally on a mixture of cruises, corporate events, theatre tours as well as festivals and television work (companies include; BBC, Disney, Ferrari, ITV, Royal Caribbean, BT Sport, O2 and Sky 1 to name just a few).

After moving to London in 2012 Jay was pickup by agent Lisa Hull and since has worked his way up through the theatre and screen world gaining experience in a variety of jobs.

Jay starting touring with Bill Kenwright Limited in early 2017 and has become one of his main touring actor musicians. He played the role of Richard the Lead guitarist in the national tour of Dreamboats and Petticoats and also originated the role of Brian Griffiths (show Lead guitarist) in the new hit musical Cilla The Musical.
