The former lead singer of boy band ‘ULTIMATE KAOS’ fronted the five piece band from the age of 9. he was given his first record contract by Simon Cowell at BMG records in 1992. As a child star Haydon was hailed in the press as the new Michael Jackson. The front cover of the influential ‘tip sheet’ hailed Haydon as the most talented male vocalist in the UK’.
His first UK top 10 hit came in 1994 with the song ‘Some Girls’ and during this year his band were the opening act for the massive ‘Take That Tour, ‘Some girls’ was followed by a string of UK hits such as ‘Show a little love’ Hoochie Booty’ ‘and right here’. During this time he was asked by Michael Barrymore to appear on the Barrymore TV Show, singing and dancing with Michael. This got such a tremendous response they requested for him to perform along side Barrymore on his Theatre Show.
ULTIMATE KOAS signed a major record deal with Polygram and had major success in Europe, the far East and Australia. Haydon and the band had the honour of supporting Janet Jackson on her ‘Janet’ London Tour dates. they were specifically chosen by Janet after she had watched a video of the group. Haydon and the band also supported ‘Diana Ross’ for her one off show at Wembley Arena, and toured along side mega groups such as ‘Spice girls’ ‘East 17’ ‘All saints’ ‘Backstreet boys’ Hanson.. and many more. In 1996 Haydon and the band had major success with their Worldwide hit song ‘CASANOVA’ which went straight in at no.2 in Holland and many parts of Europe. Haydon and the band went on to sign with two separate major record deals ‘Sony’ and ‘Mercury’ . Before parting ways with the band ULTIMATE KAOS did their final tour supporting Boyzone.
