Get ready to fight back the tears because Lambert Jackson Productions is bringing Doctor Zhivago – The UK Concert Premiere to London’s Cadogan Hall on 1 September with Ramin Karimloo as Yurii Andreyevich Zhivago and Celinde Schoenmaker as Lara Guishar, with further casting to be announced.

Our #FirstNightTakeover series continues with Perry O’Bree attending the London premiere of Broadway musical The Light In The Piazza at the Royal Festival Hall. Perry gets goosebumps from the beauty and style of the show and has the added bonus of catching up with several members of the cast afterwards including Dove Cameron, Rob Houchen, Celinde Schoenmaker and Liam Tamne. Oh and did we mention that he bumped into Tony Award-winner Ben Platt too?

First it was exciting that London audiences were going to finally get a chance to see a full staging of Craig Lucas and Adam Guettel’s The Light in the Piazza, starring Renée Fleming and Dove Cameron, no less. Now the anticipation has intensified with the news that Rob Houchen, Celinde Schoenmaker, Liam Tamne, Malcolm Sinclair and Olivier-nominated international soprano Marie McLaughlin have also been cast in the production which runs for just 20 performances from 14 June to 5 July 2019.

Following the sell-out success of their debut production, There’s Nothin’ Like a Dame, Lambert Jackson has announced West End Women – A Celebration of Women in Musicals. Rachel John, Lauren Samuels and Celinde Schoenmaker come together for one night only to perform some of the most famous musical theatre hits from across the decades at Cadogan Hall on 2 February.
