On June 10 2018 the 72nd Tony Awards kicked off with a song from co-hosts Josh Groban and Sara Bareilles. We knew we wanted to celebrate with #StageFavesSongOfTheWeek but there are so many amazing songs in the show we had a hard time deciding! In the end we went with one we don't think gets enough recognition. Our #StageFavesSongOfTheWeek this week is Idina Menzel singing "Nobody's Side"...
After picking up seven Oliviers (yes, SEVEN!!) this year, HAMILTON has yet again proven itself as one of the great shows of Musical Theatre history. With successful runs on both sides of the Atlantic and no sign of slowing down, we've decided to dedicate an entire segment to Lin Manuel's masterpiece for a modern generation. This week, your #HamiltonHumpDay video is "Elders React To Hamilton", where a group of older men and women are played footage on the show for the first time.

This week, we bring you the 2016 cast of GUYS AND DOLLS performing "Sit Down You're Rocking The Boat" live at the London Palladium...

Most people tend to focus on the hero of a story, or the major love interest that propels much of the action of a Musical along. But we reckon the villains are often the most interesting part of a show (after all, that's literally what WICKED is entirely based upon!) so we decided to share this collection of the top songs from Musical Theatre Villains.
As far as Musical Theatre remixes go, this has to be one of the strangest, and most fun! Parody legend Weird Al Yankovic has created a hilarious (and actually really good) medley of HAMILTON...as a polka!
It's a classic from the original film that reminded audiences on the West End and then Broadway why they fell in love with the story to begin with. CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY is one of the best loved Roald Dahl books of all time and in 2013 it took the plunge to become a stage musical. Here, Jonathan Slinger is joined by all of the Charlie Buckets, singing "Pure Imagination" which originally featured in the 1971 film.
There's nothing like one of these videos to make us feel old, but they're so much fun we watch them anyway! The premise of this video is that a series of college kids from the USA are shown a clip of a famous movie musical and have to try and guess what musical it is. Get ready to be taken on a journey from the 1950s to present day, and challenge yourself along the way!

Today we bring you a selection of the funniest Musical Theatre fails. ...
