Lisa Stokke is a Norwegian actress and singer, who originated the role of Sophie in Abba musical Mamma Mia in the West End. Her other musical theatre credits include Chess, Guys & Dolls, Assassins, The Baker's Wife, Assassins, Annie and The World Goes Round. She also voiced Elsa in the Norwegian-language version of hit Disney film Frozen.

Star Glowing is the first single by songwriting duo VioletCee, Jason Biggs & Laura Rickenbacker. Though both resident in different countries the duo worked exclusively over the internet writing & shaping songs together before searching for a vocalist. Lisa Stokke was their perfect fit. I performed this song Live a few years ago in a show called ABBA/Beatles at Drammen Teater Norway, which was such a fun experience. The concert was with the Norwegian Radio Orchestra but this particular arrangement for the show is a string quartet. Conducted by the brilliant Anders Eljas, original conductor of Chess and close ABBA collaborator. The show also starred Tommy Körberg from Chess and Norwegian stars Mia Gundersen and Jørn Hoel. I hope this will bring you hope and joy in a challenging time. I’ve always loved this song growing up in the Arctic city Tromsø where we don’t see the sun at all for many months, and just knowing that whatever happens, sunshine will return to your life eventually. This was aired on the Norwegian tv show God Kveld Norge (the Norwegian equivalent to E! News), and it's a short clip of my 5 hour visit at the Disney Animation Studios in Los Angeles, meeting one of the directors of Frozen Chris Buck, the Art Director for Frozen Lisa Keene and the legendary animator Mark Henn who drew me my very own Elsa Sketch. I hope TV2 one day make this into its own program, because I had the most incredible time discussing Frozen with these wonderful people and their Norwegian inspiration for Frozen, and it just solidified for me what I've known all along, that no one does animation better or has more inspiring, talented people than Disney. I got a lot of warm hugs! Enjoy.
