He’s best known as Neil Sutherland in the award-winning E4 show The Inbetweeners, but now Blake Harrison is swapping the small screen for the West End production of Waitress at the Adelphi Theatre in what we think is his musical theatre debut, stepping into the role of Ogie on 17 June 2019 after Jack McBrayer plays his final performance.
It’s amazing what a little baking can do: Former Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts will be making her West End debut as Dawn in Waitress at London’s Adelphi Theatre for a limited summer season from 17 June 2019, and on the same date we’re pretty excited to hear that Lucie Jones will be cooking up those life-changing pies as Jenna. Perry was there on the Red Carpet – rubbing shoulders with Carrie Hope Fletcher and Cuba Gooding Jr – plus post-show there was a chance to chat to cast members Peter Hannah and Shaun Prendergast. And did we mention Perry squeezed in meeting awesome Waitress composer Sara Bareilles too? It’s amazing what a little baking can do.
