Tony Award-winning Canadian musical Come From Away will land at London’s Phoenix Theatre for its UK premiere from 30 January 2019, with a pre-West End stop-off at the Abbey Theatre in Dublin from 6 December 2018 to 19 January. Award-winning performers Rebecca Trehearn & Adam J Bernard plus Alexia Khadime join the cast of the UK premiere of the musical A Little Princess by Tony-nominated composer/lyricist Andrew Lippa.
The full cast has been announced for this summer's return of the Open Air Theatre's Olivier Award-winning revival of Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber's JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR. In addition to the previously announced Declan Bennett, Tyrone Huntley and Peter Caulfield - all reprising their performances as Jesus, Judas, Pilate and Herod, respectively - who's back and who's new?
Oh what a sad night. The New York production of JERSEY BOYS, which tells the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, recently announced that it will be closing in January after more than 11 years on Broadway. And now the London production has confirmed that it will follow suit, closing in March after nine years in the West End...
JERSEY BOYS has extended its booking period at the West End's Piccadilly Theatre until 16 April 2017, with 250,000 tickets released today. JERSEY BOYS currently stars Matt Corner as Frankie Valli, Declan Egan as Bob Gaudio, Simon Bailey as Tommy DeVito and Matt Hunt as Nick Massi.
